Ist eine MRT zum Screening eines hepatozellulären Karzinoms sinnvoll?

Frage:Macht es Sinn, bei einer äthyltoxischen Leberzirrhose mit leicht erhöhtem AFP-Wert eine kontrastverstärkte MRT (bei sonographisch allseits gut beurteilbarer Leber mit Zeichen eines homogen kleinknotigen Umbaus) durchzuführen in der Vorstellung, ein kleines primäres Hepatom zu detektieren oder eine „Ausgangsuntersuchung“ für später zu haben?
