Significance

In this paper, a highly efficient ­protocol for iridium-catalyzed enantioselective ­intramolecular allylic amidation reaction was ­developed. The desired tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives as well as other saturated nitrogen-containing heterocycles were obtained with excellent enantioselectivities.
