Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung von bipolaren Störungen hat sich neben der pharmakologischen Behandlung in den letzten Jahrzehnten auf zusätzliche psychotherapeutische Verfahren erweitert. Die veröffentlichten und empirisch untersuchten Interventionen werden hier vorgestellt sowie zusammengefasst, in welcher Krankheitsphase welche Intervention nach Auswertung der S3-Leitlinie empfohlen werden kann.

Summary

The treatment of bipolar disorders got enriched in the last decades by adding additional psychological interventions to the pharmacological ones. The published and so far empirically evaluated interventions will be outlined here, and it will be summarised which intervention can be recommended according to the S3 guideline for which phase of the illness.
