Summary

A patient with a well differentiated papillary carcinoma within a toxic adenoma is reported. Only a few similar cases have been recorded in the literature. A common origin of both lesions is suggested.

Es wird über ein gut differenziertes papilläres Schilddrüsenkarzinom in einem toxischen Adenom berichtet. Nur wenige gleichartige Fälle sind in der Literatur zu finden. Eine gemeinsame Genese beider Läsionen wird erwogen.
