Efficient Palladium-Catalyzed Synthesis of Aminopyridyl Phosphonates from Bromopyridines and Diethyl Phosphite

Abstract

A general method for coupling aminopyridyl bromides with diethyl phosphite is reported. This efficient route is realized through the use of a palladium catalyst and triethylamine as base.
