Radioimmuntherapie mit ⁹⁰Y-Ibritumomab-Tiuxetan

⁹⁰Y-Ibritumomab-Tiuxetan (Zevalin^®) ist das erste in Europa zugelassene Radioimmuntherapeutikum zur Therapie des B-Zell-Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms (NHL). Die neue Substanzklasse der Radioimmuntherapeutika verbindet die Prinzipien der Immuntherapie auf der Basis monoklonaler Antikörper mit dem therapeutischen Einsatz eines Radionuklids und eröffnet damit die Möglichkeit einer hochselektiven Strahlentherapie (Radioimmuntherapie, RIT).
