Frage:Bei einer 45-jährigen Patientin besteht ein asymptomatisches Peutz-Jeghers-Syndrom. Keine Auffälligkeiten bei einer Koloskopie. Eine Untersuchung des Magens und Dünndarm sind bisher nicht durchgeführt worden.
Wie groß ist das Risiko der Entwicklung extraintestinaler Tumoren (Mammae, Ovarien)? Gibt es etablierte Nachsorgestrategien und, wenn ja, welcher Art und in welchen Intervallen?
