Bei Fibromyalgie ist eine antibiotische Therapie nicht indiziert

Frage: Beruht das Fibromyalgie-Syndrom letzlich doch auf einer Infektion, z. B. mit Mycoplasmen? Gibt es einen Zusammenhang mit der Lyme-Borreliose? Besteht bei Fibromyalgie-Syndrom eine Indikation für eine antibiotische Therapie?
