Das Mantelzell-Lymphon ist eine seltene, sehr aggressiv Form des Non-Hodkin-Lymphoms. Bei Rezidiven ist der Proteasom-Inhibitor Bortezomib bereits ein etablierter Bestandteil der Therapie. Aktuell erwies sich Bortezomib auch bei Erstdiagnose als effektive Behandlungsoption – allerdings mit größerer hämatologischer Toxizität als Vincristin.
