Abstract

Migraine, tension or cervicogenic headache are wide-spread and may have significant personal, social and financial effects. This Umbrella-Review examined reviews dealing with the evaluation of manual therapeutic techniques in headache diseases.

The 5 systematic reviews included in this review provided only disputable doubtful evidence for a treatment effect of manual therapy in headache.
