Conclusion

When suspecting incomplete myotomy or recurrent IHPS, an UGI series should be obtained followed by a repeat ultrasound to aid in diagnosis. Based on our experience described, we believe that laparoscopic remyotomy can be performed safely, effectively, and with excellent cosmesis.
