Spontane Orbitaeinblutung

Hintergrund

Eine akute Orbitaeinblutung ist ein seltenes Krankheitsbild, das nach operativen Eingriffen im Orbitabereich, unter Antikoagulation, im Rahmen von tumorösen, orbitalen Raumforderungen oder spontan auftreten kann [1], [2], [3]. Sie kann mit Schmerzen, Motilitätseinschränkungen, Gesichtsfeldeinschränkung und Visusverlust bis zur Erblindung einhergehen [3].
