Personalisierte Ernährungsstrategien der Zukunft
Innovative Ansätze für Frauen in der Menopause
Die hormonellen Veränderungen in der Menopause führen zu erheblichen Stoffwechselveränderungen. KI-gestützte, personalisierte Ernährung mithilfe von Wearables kann das Menopause-Management verbessern und chronischen Erkrankungen vorbeugen. Digitale Technologien ermöglichen dabei eine kontinuierliche Datenerhebung und Echtzeit-Empfehlungen. Zukünftige Forschung sollte personalisierte Ansätze testen und praxistaugliche Konzepte entwickeln.
