Die Quintessenz formulieren – Ergotherapeutische Diagnose

In ergopraxis 10/24 (S. 47) schrieb Rechtsanwalt Dr. Thomas Schlegel, dass die Diagnosestellung zum gesetzlich definierten „Kernbereich“ ärztlicher Tätigkeiten gehört und deshalb nur von ärztlichen Fachpersonen erbracht werden darf, nicht von Therapeut*innen und auch nicht von Psycholog*innen. Unter Ergotherapeut*innen sorgt die Begrifflichkeit immer wieder für Verwirrung. Viele fragen sich: Was ist denn dann die ergotherapeutische Diagnose? Was darf ich und was darf ich nicht?
