Leberzellkarzinom

Mit der Zulassung von Atezolizumab plus Bevacizumab für die Erstlinientherapie des nicht resektablen metastasierten Leberzellkarzinoms (HCC) stehen die behandelnden Ärzte vor der Herausforderung einer evidenzbasierten Zweitlinientherapie. Die CheckMate 040-Studie bestätigt Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab als vielversprechende Therapie nach Sorafenib-Versagen. In die Therapiesequenz beim HCC ist Bewegung hineingekommen.
