Zusammenfassung

Das Thema präkonzeptionelle Übergewichtsprävention ist aktuell sowohl national als auch international von hoher gesundheitspolitischer Bedeutung. So stellt die präkonzeptionelle Beratung und Versorgung eine der 6 Empfehlungen des 2016 publizierten Aktionsplans „Ending Childhood Obesity (ECHO)“ der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) dar, um Adipositas im Kindesalter zu vermeiden und zu bekämpfen [1].
