Abstract
The first copper(I)-catalyzed direct three-component coupling
of ethyl glyoxylate, p -anisidine, and
terminal alkynes has been developed. This protocol provides an efficient
method to prepare β,γ-alkynyl α-amino
acid derivatives in good yields.
