Abstract

A two-year-old boy was admitted for melena. Ultrasonography depicted an abnormal intestinal structure in the right iliac fossa and the diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum was suggested. Laparoscopic approach confirmed the diagnosis and allowed resection.

Zusammenfassung

Der Fall eines 2jährigen Knaben mit Melaena wird vorgestellt. Die Ultraschalluntersuchung legte den Verdacht auf ein Meckelsches Divertikel im Bereiche der rechten Fossa iliaca nahe. Das Meckelsche Divertikel wurde mittels laparoskopischer chirurgischer Technik entfernt.
