Introduction

Accessory scrotum is the rarest of all congenital scrotal anomalies with only around 40 reported cases in the literature [8]. The association of a perineal lipoma with an accessory scrotum has been well reported and occurred in more than 80 % of cases [10]. A small rudimentary accessory phallus or pseudodiphallia is also exceedingly rare [2], [12]. We present a case of accessory scrotum and pseudodiphallia in association with perineal lipoma: to the best of our knowledge, this case is only the third described in the literature.
