Therapie des akuten Nierenversagens[1]

Nach wie vor ist die einzige kausale Behandlung des akuten Nierenversagens (ANV) die Therapie der Grundkrankheit, sei sie extrarenal - oder renal - bedingt. Präventive Maßnahmen und Therapiekonzepte in der Initialphase des ANV sind daher von herausragender Bedeutung. Eine spezifische Therapie ist bei prärenaler Azotämie oder obstruktiver Nephropathie möglich, nicht jedoch bei manifestem ANV aufgrund ischämisch- toxischer Tubulusnekrose. Ziel geeigneter supportiver Maßnahmen und des adäquaten Einsatzes der Nierenersatztherapie ist es, lebensbedrohliche Komplikationen des vollständigen Verlustes der exkretorischen Nierenfunktion zu vermeiden.
