1,2- and 1,1-Disubstituted and 1,1,2-trisubstituted hydrazines are obtained by reaction of (2-phenylhydrazino)triphenylphosphonium bromide with buthyllithium, followed by addition of alkyl halides and alkaline hydrolysis.
