Zusammenfassung

Die Haut ist seit jeher als Grenzorgan empfunden worden, als Trennung zwischen Innen und Außen. In der Antike wurde dies anhand der Mythologie ausgemacht, im Schinden des Satyr Marsyas und in der Schutzfunktion von Aegis, dem Schild des Göttervater Zeus. Im Mittelalter dominierte die Verhüllung der Haut, bis es zur Erforschung des anatomischen Substrats und Klärung der physiologischen Funktion kommt. Zuletzt dient die Haut auch als Träger von psychologischen Botschaften. Beispielhaft ist die Schönheit, vor allem der Gesichter, und die Zuordnung der erotischen Attraktivität, die, als Blickfang gedacht, leider die Schönheit oft durch hässliche aber attraktive Attribute entstellen.

Abstract

Our skin has since eve been estimated as an organ of separation between inside and outside. This is found in the antique myths of the flaying of the Satyr Marsyas and the story of Aegis, the shield of godfather Zeus. In the Middle Ages skin was mainly covered, whereas the investigation of anatomy and physiology was progressed.

Nowadays our skin, mostly of the faces, is used to express impressions and promote emotions. Therefore, erotic attractivity has to be added to eternal beauty. To reach the aim of an optimal presentation of personal attractivity, natural beauty has to be mixed up by eye catchers. And you land in a „trap of ugliness” instead of erotic attractivity.
