Zusammenfassung
Die sehr häufig vorliegenden depressiven Störungen bei älteren Patienten mit chronischer Niereninsuffizienz können mittels einfacher Screening-Tests detektiert werden. Häufig für depressive Symptome sind urämiebedingte somatische Beschwerden. Neben der Psychotherapie als wichtiger Bestandteil in der Behandlung von Depressionen eignen sich bei Patienten mit CKD die SSRI und die NaSSA.
Abstract
Depressive disorders in patients with CKD are common und could be detected by simple screening-tests. The differential diagnosis includes uremic somatic symptoms. Besides the psychotherapy, medical treatment with SSRI or NaSSA are recommended in patients with CKD.
