Das Restless-Legs-Syndrom (RLS) ist eine der häufigsten neurologischen Erkrankungen. Schätzungen zufolge sind in Deutschland etwa 10–15 % der Bevölkerung betroffen. Wissenschaftliche Studien lassen darauf schließen, dass bestimmte Ernährungsfaktoren eine Rolle spielen könnten. Diese werden nachfolgend in Verbindung mit praktischen Ernährungsempfehlungen erläutert.
