Es wird die Aufgabe besprochen, einen fünfstelligen systematischen Klassifikationsschlüssel
für klinische Diagnosen zu entwerfen. Der Schlüssel dient dem Zweck, Einzeldiagnosen
zu finden und Diagnosengruppen zusammen zu erfassen. Grundlage eines solchen Schlüssels
ist ein Thesaurus. Um den Thesaurus aufzustellen, muß man die formal-logischen Definitionen
der Begriffe und Urteile kennen. Der vorliegende Thesaurus enthält rund 750 topographische
und rund 8000 nosologische Begriffe. Man muß Topographie und Nosologie parallel verschlüsseln.
The problem is discussed how to build up a five-digit systematic classification of
clinical diagnoses. The classification may be expedient both to find particular diagnoses
and to register groups of certain diagnoses. A thesaurus gives the basis for such
classification. For setting up such thesaurus it is desirable to know the logical
definitions of terms and judgements. The present thesaurus of the author contains
about 750 topographic terms and about 8000 nosological ones. These two kinds of terms
must be coded in parallel.
