Significance
The authors describe a mild and efficient method for the iridium-mediated asymmetric allylation of N-benzoylhydrazones in the presence of a protonated chiral amine at ambient temperature. The desired homoallylic amines were obtained with unprecedented excellent yields and enantioselectivities.
