Einleitung

Bei verschiedenen Netzhauterkrankungen bestimmt das schnelle und adäquate Handeln des Erstuntersuchers die Prognose erheblich. Ein möglichst reibungsloses und gutes Zusammenspiel zwischen den Beteiligten der Behandlungskette ist erforderlich. Das korrekte und zeitgerechte Management verschiedener typischer retinologischer Notfallsituationen soll daher Thema dieses Fortbildungsartikels sein. Dabei haben wir uns auf 2 häufige und eine seltenere, aber umso dringlichere retinale Erkrankung fokussiert: die akute retinale Nekrose, die rhegmatogene Ablatio und die retinalen Gefäßverschlüsse. Antworten auf die folgenden Fragen sollen dem Leser vermittelt werden:

Woran erkenne ich eine akute retinale Nekrose? Wann ist eine Ablatio ein Notfall? Welcher Gefäßverschluss ist dringlich?
