Bronchospasmolytische Wirkung von Reproterol als Inhalationslösung

Zusammenfassung

Bei 30 Patienten mit chronisch-obstruktiver Bronchitis und Asthma bronchiale wurde in einer intraindividuellen Doppelblindstudie der Effekt von 1%iger (2,5 mg) und 2%iger (5 mg) Reproterol-Inhalationslösung untersucht. Beide Lösungen hatten, gemessen an der Atemwegsresistance und der spezifischen Conductance, einen statistisch hochsignifikanten bronchospasmolytischen Effekt. Die Wirkung war sofort nach Inhalationsende nachweisbar. Herzfrequenz und Blutdruck blieben unbeeinflußt. Subjektive Nebenerscheinungen wurden nicht angegeben.

Summary

In an intraindividual double-blind study the effect of 1% (2.5 mg) and 2% (5 mg) reproterol aerosol was investigated in 30 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis and asthma. Both solutions had a statistically highly significant bronchospasmolytic effect when airways resistance and specific conductance were measured. The effect was demonstrable immediately after termination of inhalation. Cardiac frequency and blood pressure remained unchanged. No subjective side effects were reported.
