Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Darstellung des Untersuchungsganges bei chronischen Durchfallerkrankungen mit besonderer Betonung der meist schon anamnestisch möglichen Unterscheidung von organischen und funktionellen Durchfällen gegeben. Die organischen Durchfallerkrankungen werden nach ihrer Symptomatologie schematisch eingeteilt, die Durchfälle extraintestinaler Genese gesondert besprochen. Theoretische und therapeutische Fragen werden nicht berührt.

Summary

The various diagnostic procedures in the investigation of chronic diarrhoea are discussed. Stress is laid on the differentiation of functional and organic causes by a carefully taken history. The organic diarrhoeas are classified according to a few prominent findings (melaena, subileus, increased fat content, extra-intestinal cause) and their diagnostic significance discussed.

Diagnóstico diferencial de la diarrea crónica

Se hace una description del proceso de investigación de las diarreas crónicas, recalcando especialmente la diferencia entre la diarrea orgánica y funcional generalmente posible ya por la sola anamnesis. Las diarreas orgánicas se clasifican esquemáticamente según su sintomatología, mencionando especialmente las diarreas de génesis extra-intestinal. No se aluden las cuestiones teóricas ni terapéuticas.
