Zusammenfassung

Die ernährungsbedingten pathologischen Reaktionen im Magen-Darm-Trakt werden in vier Gruppen aufgeteilt: 1. unspezifische Intoleranzen gegenüber Fett und Zellulose, 2. Reaktionen, die durch das Fehlen bestimmter Fermente im Dünndarm bedingt sind, 3. toxische Reaktionen wie wahrscheinlich bei gluteninduzierter Enteropathie, 4. allergische Reaktionen. Die Auffassung wird vertreten, daß die genaue Kenntnis der ernährungsbedingten pathologischen Reaktionen im Magen-Darm-Trakt zu rationaleren und damit zu einfacheren Diätvorschriften führen müßte.

Summary

Four groups of abnormal reactions to the intake of food or food components in the gut are distinguished: (1) nonspecific intolerance towards fat and cellulose; (2) reactions due to the absence of certain enzymes in the small intestine; (3) toxic reactions such as glutin-induced enteropathies; and (4) allergic reactions. The importance of understanding the nature of these reactions in arranging rational dietary treatment is stressed.

Sobre las reacciones patológicas motivadas por la alimentación en el tracto gastrointestinal

Las reacciones patológicas causadas por la alimentación en el tracto gastrointestinal se clasifican en cuatro grupos: 1° intolerancias inespecíficas frente a la grasa y celulosa; 2° reacciones causadas por la falta de determinados fermentos en el intestino delgado; 3° reacciones tóxicas como, probablemente, en la enteropatía inducida por gluten; 4° reacciones alérgicas. La interpretación de estos datos sostiene que el conocimiento exacto de las reacciones patológicas en el tracto gastrointestinal debidas a la alimentación tienen que conducir a una prescripción dietética más racional y más simple.
