Urologische Komplikationen bei der Behandlung des Kollumkarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Schädigung der Harnwege sind die wichtigsten Komplikationen sowohl des unbehandelten als auch des — aktinisch oder operativ — behandelten Kollumkarzinoms. Die Urämie gehört deshalb auch zu den häufigsten Todesursachen des ungeheilten Karzinoms. In einigen Fällen führen aber Harnstauung und Infektion auch nach Heilung der Grundkrankheit ad exitum. Die verschiedenen Läsionen der Harnwege, ihre Prophylaxe und Therapie, werden unter Berücksichtigung des neueren Schrifttums eingehend besprochen.

Summary

Damage to the urinary tract is the most important complication of treating carcinoma of the cervix, whether by radiotherapy or surgically, and also of the untreated cancer. Uraemia is, therefore, one of the most frequent causes of death of cancer which has not been successfully treated. In some cases death due to urinary obstruction and infection occurs even after cure of the underlying cancer. The various urinary lesions, their prevention and treatment are discussed in the light of recent published reports.

Complicaciones urológicas en el tratamiento del carcinoma del cuello uterino

Las lesiones de las vías urinarias son las complicaciones más importantes, tanto del carcinoma del cuello uterino no tratado, como también del tratado de un modo actínico u operatorio. La uremia pertenece también, por eso, a las causas de muerte más frecuentes del carcinoma no curado. En algunos casos conducen éxtasis de orina e infección a la muerte también después de la curación de la enfermedad básica. Se reseñan las diversas lesiones de las vías urinarias, su profilaxis y terapia, tomando en consideración la bibliografía más reciente.
