Zusammenfassung
Auf Grund unserer Untersuchungen bei Mensch und Tier muß vor zu langer und auch zu hoher Penicillindosierung gewarnt werden. Hohe und höchste Penicillindosen können bei Mensch und Tier nephrotoxische oder gar neurotoxische Symptome erzeugen, wenn die Eliminationsleistung der Niere nicht berücksichtigt wird.
Summary
The results of human and animal studies are presented as a warning against prolonged and too high penicillin dosage. Very high penicillin doses may act nephrotoxically or even neurotoxically, unless the excretory capacity of the kidney is taken into account.
Resumen
La acción de la penicilina sobre el riñón humano y animal
Basándonos en nuestras investigaciones tanto en el hombre como en los animales debemos prevenir contra las dosificaciones muy elevadas o prolongadas durante largo tiempo y dosis máximas de penicilina. Estas dosis elevadas y elevadísimas pueden producir síntomas nefro e incluso neurotóxicos tanto en el hombre como en el animal, cuando no se tiene en cuenta la capacidad de eliminación del riñón.
