Purpura Schönlein bei Porphyria cutanea tarda

Bei einem 74jährigen Kranken mit einer Porphyria cutanea tarda war zusätzlich eine Purpura Schönlein aufgetreten, wodurch sich die Symptomatik beider Krankheitsbilder gegenseitig beeinflußt hatte. Dabei dürfte die vorhandene Leberstörung einen oder auch den pathogenetischen Faktor für die Purpura Schönlein dargestellt haben.

In a 74-year-old man with porphyria cutanea tarda, Schönlein's purpura also developed, with a mutual influence on the signs and symptoms of either disease. It is likely that the liver disorder represented a pathogenetic factor in the development of Schönlein's purpura.

Púrpura de Schönlein en la porfiria cutánea tardía

A un enfermo de 74 años de edad afecto de una porfiria cutánea tardía se le instauró, además, una púpura de Schönlein, por lo que las sintomatologías de ambos cuadros clínicos se influenciaron mutuamente. La hepatopatía aquí existente podría haber representado el factor, o también el patogenético, para la púrpura de Schönlein.
