Kniegelenks- und Hüftgelenkskontrakturen bei narbiger Irritation des sensiblen Astes des Nervus obturatorius

Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 16jährigen Patienten war es nach einer Operation im Kleinkindesalter im Laufe von Jahren zur narbigen Striktur des N. obturatorius mit Hyperästhesie gekommen. Diese Hyperästhesie hatte reflektorisch zu Kontrakturen an Knie und Hüftgelenk mit Coxa valga geführt. Die Therapie bestand in Neurektomie und Kontrakturbehandlung.

Summary

In a 16-year-old boy there developed, in the course of years after an operation in early childhood, a scarry stricture of the obturator nerve associated with hyperaesthesia. This reflexly caused contractures around the knee and hip-joints with coxa valga. Neurectomy and treatment of the contractures brought about marked improvement.

Contractura de la rodilla y de la cadera por irritación cicatricial del ramo sensitivo del nervio obturador

En un paciente de 16 años de edad se había producido en el transcurso del tiempo una constricción cicatricial del nervio obturador con hiperstesia secundaria a causa de una operación en la infancia. Dicha hiperestesia había dado lugar reflejamente a contracturas de la rodilla y de la cadera con coxa valga. El tratamiento consistió en la neurectomía y terapéutica de la contractura.
