Zusammenfassung

Es wird über acht Patienten mit speisebedingtem Obstruktionsileus nach Magenresektion berichtet. Alle Patienten hatten einen Resektionsmagen vom Typ Billroth II, modifiziert nach Polya, ein schlechtes Gebiß und waren über 40 Jahre alt. Diagnostik, Therapie und Prophylaxe dieser Erkrankung werden kurz besprochen.

Summary

In eight patients obstructive ileus due to phytobezoar occurred after gastric resection. All patients had had a Billroth II partial resection, poor dentures and were over 40 years old. Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this type of intestinal obstruction are discussed.

Sobre una forma rara de íleo tras una resección gástrica

Se informa sobre ocho pacientes con oclusión intestinal consecutiva a una resección gástrica y motivada por los alimentos. Todos los pacientes tenían un estómago resecado del tipo Billroth II, modificado según Polya, una mala dentadura y sobrepasaban los 40 años de edad. Se comentan el diagnóstico, terapia y profilaxis de esta enfermedad.
