Harnleukozytenzylinder bei Glomerulonephritis – ein Symptom sekundärer Pyelonephritis

Zusammenfassung

An 35 Patienten, die an den Folgen einer Niereninsuffizienz und/oder Lungenembolie gestorben waren, wurden Leukozytenzylindeir im Harn (nach Peroxidasefärbung) und pathologischanatomisches Substrat korreliert. In der Krankheitsgruppe der Pyelonephritis konnten bei allen 15 Patienten nach ein- bis dreimaliger Harnuntersuchung Leukozytenzylinder nachgewiesen werden. Von 20 Patienten mit terminaler Glomerulonephritis wiesen insgesamt sieben Kranke Leukozytenzylinder auf. Hierbei ergab die histologische Untersuchung stets eine komplizierende Pyelonephritis.

Summary

In 35 patients who had later died as a result of renal failure and/or pulmonary embolism, leucocyte casts were found in the urine (after peroxidase staining). In all of the 15 patients of this group who had had pyelonephritis these leucocyte casts were demonstrated in up to three urine samples. On the other hand, only seven of 20 patients with terminal glomerulonephritis had had leucocyte casts in their urine: histological examination post-mortem had demonstrated pyelonephritis in all seven.

Cilindros leucocitarios en la orina en la glomerulonefritis, síntoma de pielonefritis secundaria

En 35 pacientes que habían fallecido a consecuencia de una insuficiencia renal y/o embolia pulmonar se correlacionan los cilindros de leucocitos en la orina (por la coloración a la peroxidasa) y el substrato anatomopatológico. En los 15 pacientes del grupo de pielonefritis pudieron constatarse cilindros leucocitarios después de uno a tres análisis de orina. En 20 pacientes con glomerulonefritis terminal mostraron 7 de ellos tales cilindros. Aquí indicó siempre el estudio histológico una pielonefritis como complicación.
