Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 40jährigen Patienten entwickelte sich ein Harnblasenkarzinom nach Behandlung einer Lymphogranulomatose mit Trofosfamid (Ixoten®), einem Cyclophosphamid-Derivat. Der Fall weist auf die Notwendigkeit eines differenzierten Einsatzes dieser Zytostatikagruppe hin.

Summary

A bladder carcinoma developed in a 40-year-old man who was being treated with trofosfamide (Ixoten®), a cyclophosphamide derivative, for Hodgkin's disease. The case suggests the need for differentiated replacement of this group of cytostatics.
