Behandlung der allergischen Rhinitis – was gibt es Neues im deutschen Gesundheitssystem?

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Die allergische Rhinitis/Rhinokonjunktivitis ist eine der häufigsten chronischen Erkrankungen vor allem im Kindes- und Jugendalter. Aufgrund ihrer Häufigkeit und Chronizität sowie den gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen und den hiermit verbundenen direkten, indirekten und intangiblen Kosten stellt sie ein massives gesellschaftliches Problem dar. Durch strukturierte Versorgungsrichtlinien, wie die ARIA-Leitlinie 2019, sollen wichtige Aspekte der Patientenversorgung, Umsetzung von Leitlinienempfehlungen und deren Anwendung in der Praxis gefördert werden.

ABSTRACT

Allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis is one of the most common chronic diseases, especially in children and adolescents. Due to its frequency and chronicity, as well as the health restrictions and the associated direct, indirect and intangible costs, it represents a massive social problem. Structured care guidelines, such as the ARIA guideline 2019, are intended to promote important aspects of patient care, implementation of guideline recommendations and their application in practice.
