Summary

A homeopath passes through various phases of development during training and practice. As the practice evolves, so do the failures. These failures make us re-examine and re-assess our cases to correct the flaws. The commonest route taken is to try out newer methods of case-taking or analysis.

All the new methods are usually developed on the sound understanding of the basics of homeopathic philosophy. It requires a physician to have some experience with the fundamental or basic or routine methods of prescribing before venturing forth into any such new methods. The vast majority of cases can be treated with the Kentian or Boeninghausen approach taught in most colleges. This article presents some cases using this routine method.
