Zusammenfassung

Ziel: Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, den aktuellen Wissensstand zu hypersexuellen und substanzbedingten Störungen sowie dem Risiko für Sexualstraftaten anhand einer narrativen Übersichtsarbeit dazustellen.

Methode: Es wurde eine selektive Medline Literaturrecherche mit den Schlüsselwörtern Sexsucht, Hypersexuelle Störung, Substanzbedingte Störungen, Sexualstraftaten, Kinderpornografie und Kriminelles Verhalten für den 10-Jahreszeitraum von 2006 bis Juli 2016 durchgeführt.

Ergebnisse: Es fanden sich lediglich 2 Studien, die alle 3 Faktoren berücksichtigten. In den insgesamt 17 hier dargestellten Studien wurde ein Zusammenhang zwischen substanzbedingten Störungen sowie Sexualstraftaten beschrieben, 2 Studien fanden heraus, dass bei der Hälfte der untersuchten Sexualstraftäter substanzbedingte Störungen vorlagen, wobei die am häufigsten erwähnte Substanz Alkohol war. Es gab Unterschiede in Bezug auf den Substanzkonsum zwischen Vergewaltigern (eher mehr substanzbedingte Störungen) und Kindesmissbrauchern sowie Einzel- oder Serientätern. Schwierigkeiten hinsichtlich des Vergleichs der Studien lagen z. T in der fehlenden Differenzierung oder im Unterschied der konsumierten Drogen begründet.

Diskussion: Die Bearbeitung von Zusammenhängen zwischen Substanzkonsum und hypersexueller Symptomatik als dynamische Risikofaktoren kann in der Therapie von Sexualstraftätern von großem Nutzen sein und sollte daher weiter auch systematisch untersucht werden.

Abstract

Aim:Our aim was to evaluate the association between hypersexual disorder, substance related disorder and the risk of sexual offending.

Methods:Therefore we searched for publications, which had been published between 2006 and 2016 and used the keywords sex addiction, hypersexual disorder, substance related disorder, sex offenders, child pornography and criminal behavior.

Results:We found only 2 studies, which investigated the association between all 3 aspects. In 17 studies the presented results suggested a high incidence of substance related disorders in sexual offenders. About 50% of sexual offenders suffer from this disorder. Alcohol was most often mentioned. There were differences referring to the substance use between rapists (higher incidence of substance use), child molesters, single and multiple perpetrators. Difficulties in the comparability of the studies appeared because of the variable use of definition in case of substance disorder or the different kind of drugs patients consumed.

Discussion:The association between substance use and hypersexual disorder as a dynamic risk factor could be of great importance in the treatment of sex offenders and should be investigated systematically.
