Die körperliche Inaktivität der Bevölkerung wird zunehmend zum Gesundheitsproblem, das einer weltweiten Pandemie gleicht. Dabei genügt vielleicht schon ein kleiner „Anstoß“, um langfristig Leben zu retten.
