Zusammenfassung

Evidenzbasierte Praxis bedeutet, die therapeutischen Erfahrungen, Patientenpräferenzen und externe wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse für eine bestmögliche Therapie unserer Patienten zu bündeln. Dabei gibt die Fragestellung die verschiedenen Messmethoden vor. So sind beispielsweise beim auf Intensivstation (ITS) erworbenen Schwächesyndrom in der Akutphase auf einer Intensivstation in aller Regel andere Assessments anzuwenden als in der späteren Rehabilitationsphase. Die Autoren beleuchten in ihrem Übersichtsartikel die Assessmentverfahren und gehen auf Messinstrumente zum Delir und zu Verbesserungen von Alltagsleistungen ein.
