Abstract

The authors were studied the sulfur-glycosides of the seeds of Fibigia eriocarpa D. C. (Cruciferae) by using different methods.

Only the sulfur-glycosides number 1, 4 and 5. were obtained in a pure form, others were separated but in low yield and doubtful purity. Three sulfur-glycosides were identified as glucoiberin, sinalbin and glucotropeolin by using m. p., mixed melting point, I. R., C, H. analysis and by comparison with the authentic samples on thin-layer and paper chromatography.

Résumé

Les auteurs ont étudié la composition en glucosides soufrés de Fibigia eriocarpa D. C. (Crucifères). Ils ont identifié dans les graines la glucoibérine, la sinalbine et la glucotropéoline. En outre quatre composés présentant les réactions générales des glucosinolates ont été mis en évidence.
