Summary

A 51-year-old male presented due to rapidly progressive lymphoedema of the legs and genitals. Complete decongestive therapy was unsuccessful. Following inconclusive imaging, endoscopic investigation revealed the cause to be metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma of the cardia.
