Unerwünschte Befunde nach Kunststofflinsen-Implantation

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über unerwünschte Befunde und Komplikationen bei den ersten 301 Kunststofflinsen-Implantationen in der Universität-Augenklinik Frankfurt am Main. Die häufigsten Komplikationen waren postoperative Linsenluxationen, die größtenteils behoben werden konnten. In 3 Fällen trat postoperativ eine bleibende generalisierte Keratopathie auf (1 %).

Summary

Report on complications arising with the first 301 intraocular lenses implanted in Frankfurt University Eye Clinic. The most common complications were postoperative luxations of the intraocular lenses. It was possible to remedy these in most cases. In three caeses, postoperative permanent generalised corneal edema occurred.
