Intra-und peribulbäre reaktive lymphoide Hyperplasie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine 69jährige Frau mit ausgedehntem intra- und peribulbärem Tumor berichtet. Letzterer ließ sich echographisch in die Gruppe der Lymphome/Sarkome/Pseudotumoren einordnen. Der histologische Befund entsprach einer Proliferation reifer lymphatischer Zellen im Sinne eines benignen Lymphoms; es bestand kein Hinweis auf eine Paraproteinämie.

Summary

Report on a 69-year-old woman with a choroidal and a large peribulbar tumor. A scan ultrasonography of the peribulbar mass revealed a homogeneous structure of the lymphoma/sarcoma/pseudotumor type. Histological examination disclosed a reactive lymphoid hyperplasia without “Dutcher bodies”, and consistent with a benign lymphoma.
