Zusammenfassung

An 9 von 15 Augen mit durch Fluoreszenzangiographie bestätigter zentraler seröser Retinopathie ergab die ODM erhöhte mittlere Ophthalmicablutdruckwerte und auch der Durchschnittswert der Abweichungen der 15 Augen war signifikant größer als in 30 Kontrollfällen. Es wird der eventuelle Zusammenhang zwischen der zentralen serösen Retinopathie und erhöhtem peripherischem Strömungswiderstand im Karotisgebiet besprochen.

Summary

In nine out of 15 eyes with central serous retinopathy verified by fluoroangiography raised Pm. ophth. values were found. The average value of deviations obtained in these 15 eyes was significantly higher than in 30 controls. A possible correlation between central serous retinopathy and increased peripheral cerebral flow resistance is discussed.
