Das Melanom der Papille, eine neue Beobachtung

Das Melanom der Papille ist ein sehr seltener Tumor. Die Autoren stellen einen neuen Fall eines solchen Tumors vor bei einem 55jährigen Mann. Das Fortschreiten des Tumors konnte über drei Jahre beobachtet und durch Fotografie und sukzessive Angiographie dokumentiert werden, ebenso wurde der morphologische und histologische Befund nach Enukleation dargestellt.

Summary

Optic disk melanoma is a very rare tumor. A case observed in a 55-year-old man is presented. The progression of this tumor, observed over a period of three years, documented by repeated photography and angiography, and the morphological and histological findings after enucleation are described.
