Differentialdiagnose der Papillenanomalien
Die Autoren demonstrieren an einer Anzahl von Fällen die morphologischen und angiographischen
Charakteristika von Papillenanomalien. Besonderer Wert wird auf die Analyse der Gesichtsfelddefekte
gelegt, welche insbesondere mit solchen beim Glaukom verglichen werden. Die Differentialdiagnose
dieser Papillenanomalien wird eingehend diskutiert.
Summary
The authors illustrate the morphological and angiographic characteristics of minor
optic disk anomalies with reference to a series of cases. Visual field damage is analyzed
and compared in particular with glaucomatous damage; the differential diagnosis of
these anomalies of the disk is discussed in detail.
