Zusammenfassung
Im Alter von 19 Jahren bemerkte die Patientin das Auftreten einer einseitigen Pupillenentrundung
sowie einer Veränderung der Irisfarbe. Es zeigten sich eine sektorenförmige Stromablattatrophie
sowie zipfelige Goniosynechien, die im Verlauf der nächsten 3 Jahre deutlich zunahmen.
Die Pupille verformte sich und nahm die Gestalt eines spitzwinkeligen Dreiecks an,
dessen Basis im Kammerwinkel war. Durch die Zunahme der Goniosynechien auf mehr als
die Hälfte der Zirkumferenz stieg der Augeninnendruck auf über 30 mm Hg an. Fluoreszenzangiographische
Aufnahmen, Farbphotos sowie endothelmikroskopische Aufnahmen ergänzen die Befunde.
Summary
At the age of 19 the patient noticed that the pupil of her right eye was no longer
round, and that the iris was changing color. A sector-shaped atrophy of the stroma
and pointed goniosynechiae were found which grew distinctly larger in the course of
the following 3 years. The pupil became deformed and assumed the shape of an acute-angled
triangle with the iridocorneal angle as its base. As a result of the growth of the
goniosynechiae to more than half of the circumference the intraocular pressure rose
to over 30 mm Hg. Fluorescein angiograms, color photographs and microphotographs of
the endothelium complement the medical evidence.
